WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include the shipping details and the tracking number.
Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the tracking information to show on the USPS website.

Please track your packages. Violet Voss Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Packages may/will be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it. We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by USPS.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY TO MY COUNTRY?
USPS Priority Mail international takes 6-20 business days for many major markets. Average number of days may vary based upon origin and destination.
On very rare occasions, international shipping can take up to 6 weeks. Please allow that time to pass before contacting us regarding delivery of your order or contact USPS at 1-800-222-1811.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS TAXES & DUTIES?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Violet Voss Cosmetics cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

(If you refuse a shipment from Violet Voss Cosmetics, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.)

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.
