1)How long does it take for my items to process and ship?
Our processing time takes about 24-48 hours. Once your item has been processed we will email a confirmation number to you. Please note that this will be done through USPS and may take 24-48 hours to show up in their system. At this time we are only using first class shipping to save you money. International orders are welcomed but may take up to 30 days depending on your location and USPS's schedule. Unfortunately, the shipping part is out of our control. For all address corrections please also email us within 24 hours of purchase to avoid item being shipped to the wrong address. If it is shipped to the wrong address we are not responsible for sending a new package to you. We will only ship to verified paypal addresses. Our products are not for resell. Any orders with suspicions of resell without authorization will be cancelled. We may cancel any orders for any reason.
Track your Packages
Please track your packages as it goes through the shipping system. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Packages may/will be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it. We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by USPS. *** Please choose Priority shipping.
Damaged or Missing Items
Upon receiving your package, please inspect your shipping box and the items inside for missing or damaged items immediately. We require customers to contact us within 48 hours of the USPS Status “Delivered” to notify us of any issues. The shipping box may have normal wear from the transit process. However, if your order arrives damaged, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and original items on the order. If you do not receive your package within 45 days of delivery please contact us. Any time after that we are not held responsible. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos of everything received.
2)Are these glitters safe for eyes and lips?
Violet Voss Glitter is made up of Polyethylene Terephthalate Polymers which soften on contact with moisture. The FDA has not specified the approval of synthetic glitter however the FDA has not issued regulations on the use of glitter. FDA sees glitter is a color additive which is not listed on their list of approved color additives. Many major cosmetic companies use our glitter in their products and continue to do so. Exercise caution when using glitter and as a precaution always be sure to use an adhesive or primer when using glitter on the face. Water is not a recommended medium for glitter adhesion.
3)Do you offer Wholesale for my Salon?

4) What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of the product we cannot offer you a refund on the product. Please inspect your products prior to use. Should you have any questions regarding your order please reach us within 7 days upon receipt. Please provide your order number, photos of your invoice, packaging and products in your email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 24-72 hours for a reply as outside parties (fulfillment center or USPS) may need to be consulted. After 7 days all items are non refundable. If you have any concerns, however, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately we do not have control over this as this is implemented by the government.
"If you purchase goods online from outside the US for delivery to the UK, you'll have to pay Customs Duty and Import VAT on top of the purchase price and shipping if the goods are above a certain value - though Customs Duty may be waived. Please look into this further as our shipping does not cover this.
